Terms of Service

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AjLaunchfor your internal business purposes. Directory data, filters, exports, and Premium features are licensed—not sold—and remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the catalog or exports to third parties without written permission. Premium access, where purchased, is tied to your account as described at checkout.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service: no automated harvesting beyond permitted exports, no attempts to bypass access controls, no interference with security, and no unlawful or harmful content submitted through contact or account channels. You are responsible for outbound submissions you make to third-party directories listed in AjLaunch; we do not guarantee acceptance, indexing, or SEO outcomes. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Refunds

Premium is offered as a one-time purchase (currently $69 USD unless otherwise stated on the pricing page). Because digital access is delivered immediately, charges are generally non-refundable once Premium is activated on your account. If you believe a charge was made in error or access was not granted after payment, contact support@ajlaunch.com within 14 days with your receipt; we review good-faith requests case by case.

Liability

AjLaunch is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the directory or third-party sites linked from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid fees.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms; continued use after the posted "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
