If you purchase Premium, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing details; we receive limited transaction metadata (for example, customer ID, payment status, and amount) but not full card numbers.

We automatically collect technical data needed to operate the service: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and approximate usage timestamps. This helps us secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (session cookies), security, preferences, and analytics. Essential cookies are required to keep you signed in and to protect routes such as your dashboard and Premium catalog. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may limit account features.

Third Parties

We rely on trusted processors to run AjLaunch, including hosting providers, Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and email delivery services when applicable. These vendors process data on our behalf under contractual obligations consistent with this policy. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
